All of our beef is sourced from high-quality, rich pastures in South Coast NSW, Southern Victoria and Tasmania. They are all ethically raised, roam freely and are pure pasture-raised and fed. All of our meat is hormone and antibiotic-free. All of our products are 100% traceable from pasture to plate.
All of our lamb is pasture-raised and fed from Cowra, NSW and surrounding Riverina regions. These areas have some of the finest valleys to produce the best quality lamb Australia has to offer.
