Meating You Refund Policy

All of our meat products are perishable goods and cannot be returned. All PDF educational content cannot be returned.

If for some reason the product you ordered is not available at delivery time, you can choose the following options:

• We will automatically add the product to your next order and we will deliver the rest of your order even if it is under the free delivery threshold.
• We will refund you for the product and deliver the rest of your order even if it is under the free delivery threshold.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
